The Vakatabu Conference – “Ask for the Ancient Paths and Walk in it,” will gather local and regional thinkers, doers and voices of the Vakatabu.
The Conference is an activity of the project titled Vakatabu/Vakatu: Including Indigenous Knowledge and Culture in the Pacific Development Discourse which is an intervention addressing a flawed, neoliberal development model that has impacted the wellness and wellbeing of Pasifika – and its peoples, and once thriving ecosystem of life. It’s time to rethink and reimagine a way of living and doing.
