Grand High Tea Buffet

Grand Pacific Hotel Suva will welcome acclaimed Australian pastry chef and chocolatier Kirsten Tibballs, known as ‘The Chocolate Queen’, for a limited-time residency, marking her first curated experience in Suva with a one-day Grand High Tea Buffet on Sunday 22 March 2026.

Designed for both in-house guests and Suva locals, the Grand High Tea Buffet will take place from 2.00pm to 4.30pm at the Victoria Lounge Terrace. Seating is strictly limited and bookings are required. Tickets are priced at FJ$80 per person.

The Suva appearance opens a broader program delivered in partnership with InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa in Natadola Bay, where Tibballs will present a series of dessert-led experiences from 25 to 28 March 2026, including limited-capacity moments created for guests seeking something rare and time-bound.

A portion of sales from selected experiences will also support Daulomani Safe Home, with FJ$5 from each sale donated to the organisation, helping provide shelter and safety for women, children, and members of the LGBT+ community in vulnerable situations.
