Robert Oliver’s latest project is Eat Pacific, a collection of 139 recipes from Fiji, Sāmoa, the Kingdom of Tonga, the Cook Islands, Vanuatu, Niue, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Tahiti, New Caledonia and Papua New Guinea, taken from the popular TV series Pacific Island Food Revolution.
Meet the award-winning chef, judge and TV host at Baka Books from 11am on August 31st. Robert will sign your copy of Eat Pacific and there will also be small bites based on recipes from the book in store.
