The Gymnastics Federation of Fiji through Flight Club is running the Freestyle Gymnastics and Parkour Workshop in Lautoka.
Freestyle gymnastics combines parkour, acrobatics, tricking, and OCR in an environment that encourages free movement.
Kin Reyes, the lead coach at The Movement Playground in Bangkok, will be teaching participants, 8 years old and above.
$15.00 per day
