Animals Fiji celebrates one year of Restoration Project

Animals Fiji has celebrated the first anniversary of it’s Tropical Dry Forest Restoration Project, which aims to revive one acre of deforested land near the Nadi clinic.  Over 411 native trees have already been planted, building a vibrant ecosystem to support local wildlife and reduce flooding risks.

Aligned with Fiji’s 30 million trees initiative, this project relies on contributions from volunteers, local communities and businesses. With plans to expand, the project serves as an educational space and sanctuary for locals.
